10. Italian Greyhound
Italian Greyhounds are also part of the clingy dog breed crew, but they don’t mind. They want to be with their owners all the time and shower them with love, cuddles, and cute tricks.
If you’re doing something and you don’t pay attention to your furry friend, they will quickly come and check what you’re doing and try to take part in your activity. They hate being left alone (especially for more than a few hours), but they will be over the moon when you get back.

I own a German Shepherd who is 7 years old and is my constant loyal companion does not want to go with anybody else just wants to be with me at all costs and at all times I also just bought a sheltie who is almost 4 months old who nips at my four Papillons The German Shepherd has never harmed any of the other dogs how do I correct the sheltie from nipping at the Papillons feet? Should I use a shaker can with pennies a mesh muzzle spray bottle with water or anything else?
That works for several things .it worked for my cassie
What about a King Charles. They are the most loving doggies .
I’m sure others will comment about their Velcro pups, but for me and my bestie, it’s been Mini Schnauzers for over 40 years. I’ve never been alone, even when I was alone. They beat you to your chair, and you have to move them to sit down. They are wonderful companions. Some people say they are high maintenance (grooming), but that’s a small price to pay for unconditional love.

Have any of you even heard or seen a Portuguese Water Dog? They are renown as the most Velcro dogs. My Dad bred Vizslas ( in the 2970’s when no one had any idea of what they were). Yes, they follow you. But after Boxers( who was at my feet) Weinmaraners, poodles, German Short Hairs, Labs-nothing clings like my PWD. And he is as smart if not sneakier than our standard poodle.
I have own Shelties for the past 45 yrs and that nipping is just the herding instinct they have in them. Your Sheltie certainly doesn’t mean to be hurting your Papillions in any way but that it just doesn’t know that the nipping cannot be done on them. The methods you suggested, either one of them would be fine to use on this dog and I believe it will quickly learn that the nipping wll have to totally stop.
I have a full size golden doodle and Theo keeps me in line of sight constantly and follows me everywhere I go. He will come lay himself in my lap for 15-20 minutes so he can be with me and get rubs and hugs too. He sleeps on my bed and always lays right next to me. He is definitely a shadow that wants all the love he can get.
I cannot understand how you left Yorkshire Terriers off the list. If you own a Yorkie, whether sitting or standing, you are either holding a dog or having it walk all over you. They are an affectionate, needy breed.
