Chihuahua
They are small and cute, but don’t let this fool you! Chihuahuas are full of sass and personality, and they also have almost no health issues. These tiny fellas can live up to 16 years, with some reaching 20 years or more.
The most common health issues they are struggling with are luxating patella (loose kneecaps), heart disease, and eye problems. Considering their small size, Chihuahuas are also more likely to become obese. If this happens, their joints are the first ones to suffer.
Mixed Breed
People are affectionately calling them mutts, and most of them are some of the biggest surprises in the canine world. Their biggest advantage is that these pups have very complex genetic backgrounds that make them less likely to develop hereditary conditions.
Well, what you need to know is that it doesn’t make mixed-breed gods immune to health issues. They can still develop conditions common to all dogs, such as obesity, dental disease, and arthritis.
