Prevent shedding 1: Regularly brush your dog

All dogs shed in some capacity. Some more often than others, and some more noticeably so! You cannot prevent them from doing so completely, but there are some steps you can take to make it more manageable and, basically, reduce it.

And yes, it involves regularly brushing your dog. For dogs with long coats and double or triple coats, you may even have to do it daily, but generally speaking, you should not let your dog go without being brushed.

Not only will it help reduce the amount of shedding you have to deal with, but you will also remove lifeless and loose hair from their coats and off your furniture, carpets, and clothes.

Not to mention, it will keep their coat untangled and beautiful, and you will get to bond with your dog more! Keep in mind to NEVER brush your dog when they are wet!
